Libyan parliament kicks-off second day of talks to discuss political deadlock

The current political deadlock and constitutional process are two of the main items on the agenda for the second day of talks in Libya’s House of Representatives, announced House Spokesman Abdullah Blihaq today.

The parliamentary session, which kicked-off today in Tobruk, will be chaired by First Deputy Speaker of the House, Fawzi Al-Nuiri, and will not be televised for the public.
